Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for products purchased at regular price, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Returns that do not meet these conditions, including items showing signs of wear, use, or opened packaging, will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
